Guidelines That Will Help Choosing The Correct Size:

 

We want your images to look great on our crystal, so on many of the crystals we provide a recommended number of figures (people, animals, and inanimate objects) that will look best.

 

This recommendation can vary based on the shape and size of the crystal.

 

For the best results, we suggest following the recommended number of figures we provide.

 

With small and medium crystals, we usually cannot add more figures because of space limitations; it would negatively affect the detail and clarity of the engraved image.

 

With larger crystals, you do have the option of adding more figures for an additional fee.

Guidelines That Will Help For Making a Perfect Crystal:

 

• File format : JPG - JPEG - PNG - TIFF - BMP
• File size : 150kb - 5MB

 

We have found that images taken in normal daylight work best (vs. night time or dark lit areas).
We accept both black and white images, as well as color images.

 

Standard Design Editing:

 

The background is removed from images for 3D crystals, since it causes the design within the image to lose it's 3D affect.
If you would like to purchase a crystal with a background etched inside, please contact Customer Service - our support team will be happy to help you!
The same goes for if you are unsure about the image you want to use, we will be happy to help you!

 

Multiple Images Can Be Engraved Into One Crystal:

 

Just use the "Add More" button when uploading your images.
Use the special instruction option to describe what should be done with the extra photos.

 

Multiple Crystals, Only One Image:

 

Upload only one image and add the item to the cart.
Before proceeding to checkout, increase the crystal quantity to the amount desired.
Use the special instructions for small changes within the crystals.

 

Message Engraving: 

 

We recommend 40 characters per crystal for your engraved message, or text.
Try to limit that to 30 characters, or less for a smaller crystal.
For messages with more than 40 characters, please put your message in the special instructions section.
If you are doing this on a smaller piece, please note that the font of the text will be smaller, in order to fit all the text on a smaller piece.
